摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的稳步推进,城市风貌愈发现代化。为了更好地统一城市风貌,尤其是在一些城市重点地段,越来越多的住宅建筑开始采用公建化立面,以期与现代化的城市风貌相协调。文章通过分析住宅立面公建化的形成原因、应用场景、设计要点等方面,结合黄浦江沿岸E10单元E04-2地块住宅项目,研究在特定城市环境下对公建化住宅立面的应用,为将来的住宅立面设计提供一些新的思路。With the stable development of urbanization in China,the urban style is becoming more and more modern.In order to better unify the urban landscape,especially in some key areas of the city,more and more residential buildings start to adopt the public building façade,in order to coordinate with the modern urban landscape.The paper analyzes the reasons,application scenarios and design points for the public residential façade,and combines the residential project of Plot E04-2,Unit E10 along Huangpu River,to study the application of public residential façade in a specific urban environment.It aims to provide some new ideas for the future design of residential façade.
