摘 要:海洋监管是自然资源管理的重要组成部分,也是加快建设海洋强国的必然要求。根据海洋监管工作的特点和任务需求,开展信息化建设,及时开发完善相应的信息系统,是确保科学、高效开展海洋监视监测管理的重要支撑手段。本文基于微服务技术架构研究提出了纵向设计建设、横向分层管理的海洋监管信息化建设技术体系框架,在设计规范、开发模式、集成部署、配置管理、服务治理、软件选型等方面进行了探讨,以期为海洋监管信息化工程高质量落地提供保障。Marine supervision is a significant constituent of the natural resource management,as well as an inevitable requirement for accelerating the construction of maritime power.According to the characteristics and task requirements of marine supervision,carrying out information construction and timely development and improving corresponding information system are important supporting means to ensure scientific and efficient implementation of marine monitoring and management.Based on the research of micro-service technology architecture,this paper proposes a technical system framework for the informatization construction of marine supervision,which includes vertical design and construction and horizontal layered management,and discusses the design specifications,development models,integrated deployment,configuration management,service governance,software selection and other aspects,so as to provide guarantee for the high-quality implementation of marine supervision informatization project.
