摘 要:试验旨在研究饲料中添加发酵黑水虻对大口黑鲈生长性能、体成分、血清生化指标、肝脏和血清抗氧化指标以及肠道组织结构的影响。选取720尾初始均重为(21.22±0.01) g大口黑鲈,随机分成6组,每组4个重复,每个重复30尾,分别投喂添加0(J0)、2%(J2)、4%(J4)、6%(J6)、8%(J8)和10%(J10)发酵黑水虻的等氮等脂饲料,试验期56 d。结果表明:与J0组相比,J8和J10组末均重、增重率和特定生长率显著提高(P<0.05),J2组脏体比、肝体比和J8、J10组肝体比均显著降低(P<0.05),J6~J10组腹脂比显著提高(P<0.05)。与J0组相比,J8和J10组体成分水分含量显著降低(P<0.05),J4~J10粗蛋白含量、J8和J10组粗灰分、钙和总磷含量均有显著提高(P<0.05)。与J0组相比,J2组肝脏过氧化物酶活性和J2、J6、J10组肝脏超氧化物歧化酶活性及J2组肝脏总抗氧化能力均显著提高(P<0.05),J6和J8组肝脏溶菌酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。与J0组相比,J4和J6组血糖浓度显著提高(P<0.05),J8~J10组三酰甘油浓度、J10组胆固醇浓度、J6和J10组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度、J10组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度均显著降低(P<0.05)。随发酵黑水虻添加量增加,血清过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶和溶菌酶活性呈先升高后降低趋势;与J0组相比,J4~J10组过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性、J4和J6组谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性、J2组总抗氧化能力均有显著提高(P<0.05);J10组丙二醛浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。各组间肠道组织绒毛长度和肌层厚度均无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上在饲料中添加适量发酵黑水虻可显著促进大口黑鲈生长,降低饲料系数,显著降低肝体比、血清三酰甘油和胆固醇浓度,显著提高大口黑鲈的抗氧化能力,建议添加水平为8%~10%。This experiment was to investigate the effects of fermented black soldier fly larvae(FBSFL)on growth performance,body composition,serum biochemical indices,liver and serum antioxidant indices and intestinal structure of Mi⁃cropterus salmoides.A total of 720 fish with an initial average weight of(21.21±0.01)g were randomly divided into 6 groups with 4 replicates per group,and 30 fish were fed in each replicate.Each group was fed the isoproteic and isolipidic experimental feed supplemented with 0(J0),2%(J2),4%(J4),6%(J6),8%(J8)and 10%(J10)FBSFL,respectively.The feeding period was 56 days.The results showed as follows:compared with J0,final body weight,weight gain rat and specific growth rate of J8-J10 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The visceromatic index of J2 group and the hepatosmatic index of J2,J8 and J10 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the intraperitoneal fat ratio of J6-J10 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The moistuer of body components in J8 and J10 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The crude protein content of J4~J10 groups and the crude ash,calcium and total phosphorus contents of J8 and J10 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).Liver peroxidase activity of J2 group,liver superoxide dismutase activity of J2,J6 and J10 groups and liver total antioxidant capacity of J2 group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Liver lysozyme activity of J6 and J8 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Glucose of J4 and J6 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),the concentrations of triglyceride and cholesterol in J8 and J10 groups,low density lipoprotein cholesterol in J6 and J10 groups and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in J10 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).with the increase of FBSFL level,serum catalase,glutathione peroxidase,peroxidase,superoxide dismutase,total antioxidant capacity and lysozyme activity were firstly increased and then decreased.The catalase and peroxidase in J4-J10 groups,glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase in
