摘 要:文章旨在研究果寡糖对哺乳羔羊瘤胃发酵参数的影响。试验选择15日龄体重相近的湖羊羔羊44只,随机均分为4组:对照组开食料中不添加果寡糖,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ开食料中分别添加0.5%、1%和1.5%果寡糖。所有羔羊60日龄断奶,记为第0天。在试验第0、3、7、14天于晨饲前采集瘤胃液,测定瘤胃发酵参数。断奶后继续饲喂至74日龄,正试期共59 d。结果表明:(1)处理、时间显著影响了羔羊瘤胃pH和氨态氮浓度(NH_(3)-N)(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组第3、7天和14天瘤胃pH和NH_(3)-N浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);随着断奶时间的延长,pH先升高后降低,NH_(3)-N浓度有下降的趋势。处理×时间对p H和NH_(3)-N浓度无影响(P>0.05)。(2)处理显著影响了羔羊瘤胃总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和乙/丙(P<0.05)。第14天试验Ⅱ组TVFA、乙酸和丙酸显著高于对照组(P<0.05),与试验Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组无差异(P>0.05);随着断奶时间的延长,TVFA、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸整体呈先降低后升高趋势;处理×时间对TVFA、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和乙/丙无影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,在开食料中添加果寡糖可通过改善哺乳羔羊瘤胃发酵功能,改善瘤胃环境。本试验条件下,果寡糖的最适添加量为1%。The article aim of experiment was to study the effect of fructooligosaccharides on rumen fermentation parameters in suckling lambs.Forty-four lambs with similar body weights at 15 days of age were randomly divided into four groups:no fructooligosaccharides were added to the starter diet of the control group,and 0.5%,1%and 1.5%fructooligosaccharides were added to the starter diet of the experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ,respectively(experimental treatment).All lambs were weaned at 60 days of age,which was recorded as d 0.Rumen fluid was collected before morning feeding on day 0,3,7 and 14 to determine rumen fermentation parameters.After weaning,the lambs were fed until 74 days of age for a total of 59 d.The results showed that:①the treatment and time significantly(P<0.05)affected rumen pH and ammoniacal nitrogen(NH_(3)-N).The rumen pH and NH_(3)-N of the testⅡgroup were significantly lower than those of the control group on day 3,7 and 14(P<0.05);with the extension of weaning time,pH increased and then decreased,and there was a tendency for NH_(3)-N to decrease.Treatment×time had no effect on pH and NH_(3)-N(P>0.05).②Treatments significantly affected total volatile fatty acids(TVFA),acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid and ethyl/propyl in the rumen of lambs(P<0.05).TVFA,acetic acid and propionic acid were significantly higher(P<0.05)than those of the control group in the testⅡgroup on day 14,and did not differ from those of the testⅠandⅢgroups(P>0.05);with the extension of the weaning time,TVFA,acetic acid,propionic acid,and butyric acid as a whole showed a tendency of decreasing firstly and then increasing later;the treatment×time had no effect on TVFA,acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid,and ethanol/propanol(P>0.05).In conclusion,the results of this study indicated that the addition of fructooligosaccharides to the starter diet could improve the rumen environment by improving the rumen fermentation function in suckling lambs.The optimum addition of fructooligosaccharides was 1%under the condit
