摘 要:研究旨在探讨丁酸钠对凡纳滨对虾[初始体重(5.45±0.74)g]生长性能、消化酶活性、抗氧化能力及相关基因表达的影响。用添加0、0.5、1.0和2.0 g/kg丁酸钠的饲料(分别记为对照组、0.5 g/kg组、1.0 g/kg组和2.0 g/kg组)饲喂对虾42 d,结果表明:与对照组相比,1.0 g/kg组显著提高了对虾的增重率和特定生长率(P<0.05),显著降低了饲料系数(P<0.05),显著增加了饲料干物质、粗蛋白和粗脂肪的表观消化率(P<0.05);1.0 g/kg组对虾的蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性显著提高(P<0.05);1.0 mg/kg组显著提高了对虾肝胰腺和肠道总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.05);丁酸钠组凡纳滨对虾肝胰腺中GSH-Px、CAT、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)及胰蛋白酶(trypsin)和肠道中的SOD、GSH-Px、CAT及trypsin的基因表达水平显著提高(P<0.05)。建议凡纳滨对虾饲料中丁酸钠的适宜添加量为1.0 g/kg。The current study aimed to investigate the effect of dietary sodium butyrate on the growth performance,digestive enzyme activity,antioxidant capacity and related gene expression of Litopenaeus van⁃namei.Shrimp were fed with diets containing 0,0.5,1.0,and 2.0 g/kg sodium butyrate(SB)for 42 days.Results showed that the 1.0 g/kg SB significantly improved the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of shrimp(P<0.05),significantly reduced feed coefficient(P<0.05),and significantly increased the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,and crude lipid(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the protease and lipase activities of shrimp in 1.0 g/kg SB group increased significantly(P<0.05).Moreover,the total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and catalase(CAT)activities in the hepatopancreas and intestine of shrimp fed with the 1.0 g/kg SB diet were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The gene expression levels of GSH-Px,CAT,GST and trypsin in the hepatopancreas of shrimp in the sodium butyrate group,as well as SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,and trypsin in the intestine,were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).It is suggested that the appropriate supplemental level of sodium butyrate in the diet of L.van⁃namei is 1.0 g/kg.
