摘 要:赵庄煤业1313工作面回风顺槽巷埋深较大,且巷道顶板为软岩,需对其合理的支护参数进行研究。通过围岩钻孔窥视得出,1313回风顺槽浅部围岩较为破碎,其围岩松动圈范围为2 m;采用FLAC3D数值模拟确定出合理的锚杆长度为2.4 m、锚杆直径为24 mm、锚杆间排距为0.9 m。现场应用结果表明,采用优化的支护参数后,巷道顶底板最大移近量为95mm,两帮最大移近量为63 mm,整体变形量较小,满足矿井安全高效生产需求。The buried depth of return air roadway in 1313 working face of Zhaozhuang Coal Industry is large,and the roof of roadway is soft rock,so it is necessary to study its reasonable support parameters.Through the observation of surrounding rock drilling,it is concluded that the shallow surrounding rock of 1313 return airway is relatively broken,and the range of loose circle of surrounding rock is 2 m.FLAC3D numerical simulation is used to determine the reasonable length of the bolt is 2.4 m,the diameter of the bolt is 24 mm,and the row spacing between the bolts is 0.9 m.The field application results show that after adopting the optimized support parameters,the maximum displacement of the roof and floor of the roadway is 95 mm,and the maximum displacement of the two sides is 63 mm.The overall deformation is small,which meets the needs of safe and efficient production in the mine.
