摘 要:煤矿井下采掘作业生产期间,为了避免老空水在高水压作用下破坏原始煤(岩)层(探水线)稳定性而发生井下透水事故,本文通过对采掘破坏影响以及老空透水机理进行分析,提出了“同一煤层,老空区导水裂缝带范围与开采煤层导水裂缝带范围不连通为基础,并保证足够的挡水岩柱”的防治措施,充分考虑老空积水区水头值高低、煤(岩)层厚度、强度、岩层移动规律、采煤后形成的导水裂缝带等相关因素,确定了合理的计算方法,从而对老空区防隔水煤(岩)柱尺寸进行计算。该方法思路正确,可达到安全警示与矿井保安的目的。During the production of underground mining and excavating operation in coal mine,in order to avoid the underground water outburst accident caused by the destruction of the stability of the original coal(rock)layer(water exploration line)by water in old goaf under the action of high water pressure,this paper analyzed the influence of mining and excavating failure and the mechanism of water outburst in old goaf,and put forward the prevention and control measures of'the same coal seam,the range of water conduction fracture zone in goaf area was not connected with the range of water conduction fracture zone in mining coal seam,and sufficient water-retaining rock pillar was ensured'.The reasonable calculation method was determined by fully considering the relevant factors including the water head value in goaf water accumulation area,the thickness and strength of coal(rock)layer,the movement law of rock layer and the water conduction fracture zone formed after coal mining.Thus,the size of the waterproof coal(rock)column in the old goaf was calculated.The method was correct and could achieve the purpose of safety warning and mine safety.
