古城煤矿多风机并联运转风流稳定性分析

摘  要:为掌握古城煤矿通风系统动力与阻力匹配状态,从而判断通风系统的稳定性,以古城煤矿通风动力设施并联运转工况点为切入点,分析了古城煤矿“H”型通风系统在多风机联合运转情况下风流的稳定性,得到多风井并联运转模式中相互干扰与否的判别式,并基于此对古城煤矿即将投运的鲍店风井投运后形成的双“H”型通风系统进行干扰判别预测分析,利用古城煤矿矿井通风管理信息系统进行智能预测仿真模拟,得出矿井风机联合运转不会产生相互干扰的结论。In order to grasp the matching state of power and resistance of the ventilation system in Gucheng Coal Mine and judge the stability of the ventilation system,the stability of the airflow in the'H'type ventilation system of Gucheng Coal Mine under the joint operation of multiple fans is analyzed by taking the parallel operation working point of the ventilation power facilities in Gucheng Coal Mine as the starting point,and the discriminant of mutual interference in the parallel operation mode of multiple air shafts is obtained.Based on this,the interference discriminant prediction analysis of the double'H'type ventilation system formed after the operation of Baodian air shaft in Gucheng Coal Mine is put into operation,and the intelligent prediction simulation is carried out by using the ventilation management information system of Gucheng Coal Mine.It is concluded that the combined operation of mine fan will not produce mutual interference.
