摘 要:实验技术人员是实验室教学和管理的直接参与者,与高校的人才培养和学科发展息息相关。近年来,尽管实验室的地位和重要性日益凸显,但目前许多地方高校对实验技术队伍建设的重要性仍认识不足,实验技术队伍建设严重滞后于专业教师队伍建设,无法充分发挥实验技术人员的主观能动性,影响学校的长远发展。基于此,作者从遵义师范学院实验技术队伍建设情况入手,分析了实验技术队伍的现状和存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的对策,以期为贵州地方高校实验技术队伍建设提供参考。Experimental technicians are direct participants in laboratory teaching and management,and are closely related to the talent training and discipline development of universities.Although in recent years,the status and importance of laboratories have become increasingly prominent,many local colleges and universities still do not fully understand the importance of the construction of experimental technical teams.The construction of the experimental technical team seriously lags behind the construction of the professional teachers,which can not give full play to the subjective initiative of experimental technicians,and affect the long-termdevelopment of the school.Therefore,in this paper,we start with the construction of the experimental technical teamin Zunyi Normal University,analyze the current situation and existing problems of the experimental technical team,and put forward the countermeasures to solve the problems.It will provide a reference for the construction of the experimental technical team for local colleges and universities in Guizhou province.
