摘　　要：20世纪50年代初的海洋渔业工作,基于合作化的明确指导方向,围绕发展经济和制度改革出台了一系列政策,不仅帮助渔民们很好地恢复了生产生活,更强化了他们对新生政权的认同,取得了经济与政治的双重效益,为共和国顺利进入集体化时代打下了坚实的基础。本文以福建惠安沿海地区为中心,通过梳理中央文件与挖掘地方档案,希冀在把握渔业合作化改革背景的基础上,展现新中国成立初期惠安地区海洋渔业探索合作化改革的具体内容与嬗变历程,进而思考这一改革的区域特殊性以及社会影响力。Aiming at the marine fisheries in the early 1950s,based on the clear direction of cooperation,the government issued a series of policies around economic development and institutional reform,which not only helped fishermen to recover their production and livelihoods,but also strengthened their identification with the new regime,achieving dual economic and political benefits.This laid a solid foundation for the smooth transition of the Republic into the collectivization era.Focusing on the coastal areas of Hui'an,Fujian,this paper reviews central documents and explores local archives,hoping to show the specific contents and transformation process of cooperative reform of marine fishery exploration in Hui'an area in the early period of the founding of the People's Republic of China on the basis of grasping the background of the reform,and then explore the regional particularity and social influence of the reform.
