摘　　要：“执事”一词有多种含义,在传统法治文化史上指在衙门公案左右各列的写有“肃静”“回避”的牌子、官员职衔牌以及军杖等器物,其功能在于强化自身权威。这些器物在民间戏曲、民俗活动、通俗小说中被加以借用和演绎,成为传统法治文化中独具特色的部分。This term has various meanings.In the history of legal culture,it referred to plaques carrying words meaning"Silence"and "Keep clear,"as well as official title plates,and staffs placed next to the desk of government offices.As legal objects used in government offices in ancient times to reinforce authority,they were depicted in folk operas,folk customs and popular novels,to become a distinctive part of traditional Chinese rule of law culture.
