摘  要:船舶在不同系泊方式下岸电系统电气参数频繁变化,同时岸电能量优化时存在目标函数非光滑、约束条件非线性、非凸等问题,通过引入辅助变量实现目标函数非光滑项的等效松弛,利用半正定规划与交替方向乘子法实现船舶在不同接线方式下的最优调度,满足安全性与经济性保障。算例仿真表明,所提方法针对船舶径向连接与多船并靠连接混合模态共存条件下均表现突出,对于异构岸电系统共存的实际应用场景具备较好的工程实用性。The electrical parameters of the shore power system(SPS)change frequently under different mooring modes.And the objective function is non-smooth,constraints are nonlinear and non-convexity in the optimal energy scheduling.The equivalent relaxation is achieved by introducing auxiliary variables for the objective.Semi-positive definite(SPD)programming and alternating direction method of multiplier(ADMM)are adopted to realize the optimal dispatching of ships in different wiring to satisfy the safety and economic running.Numerical results confirm that the proposed algorithm has significant advantages in terms of operation feedback,and has outstanding performance in the conditions of the SPS under the coexistence of the two modes of radial connection and multi ship parallel connection,and has good practicability for the realistic scenario of coexistence of heterogeneous SPS.
