摘　　要：探讨“三全育人”理念下中医药研究生“四维联动”培养模式构建路径,将思政教育创新、学科专业建设、德育劳育融合、临床科研实践4个维度相结合,深入探究中医药院校“三全育人”“四维并举”的研究生教育方法,以全面提升研究生培养质量,为开展实践育人提供有效模式。To discuss the construction path of"four-dimensional coordination"training model for graduates of traditional Chinese medicine under the concept of"three-wide education",combine four dimensions of Ideological&Political education innovation,discipline specialty construction,integration of labor and education,and clinical scientific research practice,and deeply explore the postgraduate education method of"three-wide education"and"four-dimensional development"in Chinese medicine colleges,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of graduates′training and provide an effective model for carrying out practical education.
