摘  要:目的综述患者就医获得感的基本概念、门诊患者就医获得感现状、一般性评估方法和提升门诊患者就医获得感的基本路径,为推动门诊开展高质量诊疗服务、提升患者就医获得感提供参考。方法采用文献研究和档案分析法。结果门诊患者就医获得感既来自宏观医疗政策,又来自就医过程中的主观感受,同时也遵循需求理论的一般规律。就医获得感与就医体验逐渐成为医疗机构服务质量评价的重要指标。结论门诊患者就医获得感研究有助于全面了解患者就医需求和实际获得感,科学进行患者就医管理,从而促进良好医患关系的形成,推动门诊开展优质服务,提升门诊医疗服务水平。Objective To elaborate the basic concept,current situation of hospitalizing fulfillment,general evaluation method and the way of promoting hospitalizing fulfillment of outpatients,trying to provide a reference for implementing high quality diagnoses and improve hospitalizing fulfillment of outpatients.Methods Literature research and archival analysis method were used.Results The hospitalizing fulfillment of outpatients is not only from macro medical policy,but also from subjective feelings during the process of hospitalizing.Meanwhile,this sense of fulfillment follows the rule of Maslow′s hierarchy of needs.The sense of hospitalizing fulfillment is becoming an important index the evaluation of service quality by medical institution.Conclusion The research on hospitalizing fulfillment is helpful to understand the outpatients′demand and fulfillment and making reasonable diagnosing management,so as to forms a sound doctor-patient relationship and promotes the quality of medical service.
