摘　　要：通过对陶瓷产业规模、发展历程、产品特色、市场需求、技术水平等方面的分析,以及调查和分析陶瓷职业教育专业课程设置、师资力量、学生培养模式等情况,发现陶瓷职业教育与其产业发展存在适应性不高的问题,具体表现在专业学科与陶瓷产业岗位衔接不顺畅,职业教育与陶瓷产业对接不紧密、不充分等。职业教育专业结构与陶瓷产业结构相适应必须要依托陶瓷职业教育集团实现教育与产业的深度融合,搭建陶瓷“双师型”职业教育师资培养基地与平台,优化学科设置,打造专业完备的职业学科体系,发展陶瓷本科职业教育,满足产业转型升级高层次人才需求,提升陶瓷职业教育的质量和效益,提升职业教育服务陶瓷产业升级的功能适应性。Through an analysis of the ceramic industry,including its scale,development history,product characteristics,market demand,technological levels,as well as an investigation and analysis of the curriculum,faculty resources,and student training modes in ceramic vocational education,it has been observed that there is a lack of alignment between ceramic vocational education and its industrial development.This is specifically manifested in the poor connection between professional disciplines and positions within the ceramic industry,as well as the inadequate integration and coordination between vocational education and the ceramic industry.To achieve alignment between the structure of vocational education programs and the structure of the ceramic industry,it is necessary to rely on ceramic vocational education groups to achieve a deep integration of education and industry.This involves establishing a platform for cultivating"dual-qualified"vocational education faculty,optimizing curriculum settings,creating a comprehensive vocational discipline system,developing undergraduate vocational education in ceramics,meeting the high-level talent demands for industrial transformation and upgrading,enhancing the quality and effectiveness of ceramic vocational education,and improving the adaptability of vocational education to serve the advancement of the ceramic industry.
