检察官视角下频发大学生帮助信息网络犯罪问题探析

摘　　要：近年来,电信网络诈骗等利用信息网络诈骗犯罪以及帮助信息网络犯罪呈频发态势,其中,帮信罪主体不乏大学生,由此引发社会广泛关注。拟从检察官视角,以所在某省公开的各级检察机关办理的帮信罪案件为依据,分析当前大学生实施帮信犯罪案件高发现象成因,进而提出开展针对性教育、警示教育、预警宣传以及加强网络与金融监管等方面措施,以期起到预防大学生帮信罪发生的启发作用。In recent years,there has been a frequent occurrence of telecommunications network fraud,crimes of using information networks to commit fraud,and aiding in information network crimes.Among them,the main subjects of aiding in information network crimes are college students,which has aroused widespread social attention.This article intends to analyze the causes of the high incidence of aiding in information network crimes among college students from the perspective of prosecutors,based on the cases handled by various levels of public procuratorial organs in a certain province.It then proposes measures such as targeted education,warning education,warning publicity,and strengthening network and financial supervision so as to provide insights for preventing the occurrence of aiding in information network crimes among college students.
