摘　　要：选择市场上常见的黄色18K金饰品,采用X射线荧光光谱法进行金含量的测试,选取特定样品进行X射线荧光光谱法与火试金法结果比对,使用扫描电镜观测样品表面形貌。研究表明:黄色18K金因表面加工工艺和材料均匀性影响,X射线荧光光谱法难以获得准确测试结果,要获得准确金含量,需选用火试金法进行测试。The gold content of yellow 18K gold jewelry was detected by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,fire assay method,and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Research has shown that due to the influence of surface processing technology and material uniformity of yellow 18K gold,it is difficult to obtain accurate detection results by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy.To obtain accurate gold content,the fire assay method is required for detection.
