印尼FTTX总包项目交付模式分析与应用

摘　　要：烽火通信国际公司从2013年开始承接印尼光网络建设总包项目,累计施工交付超100万线FTTX用户,项目范围覆盖印尼全部省份,交付产品包括OLT、ONT、ST B全系列光接入网有源产品,以及ODC、ODP、接头盒,光缆等光接入网无源产品,有源产品截至2022年底供货超过500万线。总包项目客户包括印尼电信、印尼电力等国有企业,也包括印尼私有移动和固网运营商。连续6年获取印尼电信的客户总包交付订单,项目份额超20%;在固网运营商的FTTX总包交付份额中保持领先。该文从印尼FTTX总包项目的交付流程和痛点出发,对多年的总包项目交付实践进行分析与总结,以期能够为其他交付场景应用印尼总包交付模式提供一些参考。FiberHome Communications International has been undertaking the general contracting project for the construction of optical networks in Indonesia since 2013,with a total construction delivery of over 1 million FTTX users.The project covers all provinces of Indonesia,and the delivered products include OLT,ONT,STB series of active optical access network products,as well as passive optical access network products such as ODC,ODP,junction boxes,and optical cables.As of the end of 2022,the supply of active products has exceeded 5 million lines.The clients of the general contracting project include state-owned enterprises such as Indonesia Telecom and Indonesia Power,as well as private mobile and fixed line operators in Indonesia.Obtained customer turnkey delivery orders from Indonesia Telecom for 6 consecutive years,with a project share exceeding 20%;Maintain a leading position in the FTTX total package delivery share among fixed line operators.Starting from the delivery process and pain points of Indonesia's FTTX general contracting project,this article analyzes and summarizes years of general contracting project delivery practices,in order to provide some reference for the application of Indonesia's general contracting delivery model in other delivery scenarios.
