摘 要:文章主要针对某运动型多用途汽车(SUV)在加速过程中方向盘抖动问题开展研究。文章采用鱼骨分析法,通过对装配工艺、传动系统、排气系统、悬置悬架系统、转向系统、轮胎动平衡等进行排查研究与测试分析,最终确认是转向系统模态耦合导致方向盘共振。运用模态及传函理论进行分析,提出改变转向系统一阶垂摆模态,达到模态避频的目的。根据仿真结果制作优化样件,验证其效果,方向盘振动峰值由原来的0.46g降至0.24g,主观感受明显改善。为后续其他车型方向盘抖动问题提供了一种解决思路及方案。This article mainly focuses on the issue of steering wheel vibration during acceleration of a certain sport utility vehicle(SUV).The article uses fishbone analysis method to investigate and test the assembly process,transmission system,exhaust system,suspension system,steering system,tire dynamic balance,etc,it is finally confirmed that the steering wheel resonance is caused by the coupling of the steering system modes.Using modal and transmission theory for analysis,it is proposed to change the first-order pendulum mode of the steering system to achieve the goal of modal frequency avoidance.Based on the simulation results,an optimized sample is made to verify its effectiveness.The peak vibration of the steering wheel decreased from 0.46g to 0.24g,indicating a significant improvement in subjective perception.This provides a solution and approach for the issue of steering wheel shaking in other vehicle models in the future.
