摘  要:首先从理论研究、试验研究和有限元分析研究3个角度对埋地管道局部屈曲的研究现状进行了介绍,然后基于管道局部屈曲理论梳理、管道初始几何缺陷的试验及有限元分析3个方面,重点阐述了直埋高温热水管道局部屈曲近期的研究进展,最后以DN1400管道为例,采用CJJ/T 81-2013规程局部稳定性验算公式得到的工作管壁厚及Q235B材料进行了设计工况下的弹塑性有限元分析,结果发现管道局部进入屈服阶段,但并没有发生结构失稳,根据材料疲劳曲线推算管道在设计使用周期内满足安全运行条件。接下来,应在上述研究的基础上针对不同材质的管道,在有限元分析及全尺寸试验研究的基础上进一步优化管道壁厚的选择,提高供热管网项目的经济性。This paper first introduces the current research status of local buckling of buried pipelines from three perspectives:theoretical research,experimental research and finite element analysis.Then,based on the theoretical review of local buckling of pipelines,the test of initial geometric defects of pipelines and finite element analysis,it focuses on the recent research progress of local buckling of directly buried high-temperature hot water pipelines.Finally,taking DN1400 pipeline as an example,elastoplastic finite element analysis of the working pipe wall thickness and Q235B material obtained by the local stability checking formula of CJJ/T 81-2013 is carried out under the design condition.The result shows that the pipeline enters the yield stage locally,but no structural instability occurs.According to the material fatigue curve,the pipeline can meet the safe operation conditions in the design life cycle.In the next research,the selection of pipe wall thickness should be further optimized on the basis of finite element analysis and full-scale test research for pipes of different materials on the basis of the above research,so as to improve the economy of the heating pipe network project.
