摘　　要：高校科研诚信建设涉及主体众多,需要图书馆协同参与。从科研诚信专员制度入手,探讨了依托图书馆设立科研诚信专员岗位的必要性与可行性,并针对科研诚信问题发生前、中、后3个不同时期,探讨了图书馆进行科研诚信服务的途径;为进一步推动图书馆依托科研诚信专员职能提供科研诚信服务,提出了应采取的措施:一是依托图书馆设立科研诚信专员岗位,完善相关制度;二是以科研诚信教育为基石,着重发挥图书馆咨询协调作用;三是主动探索学习,加强科研诚信专员培训。The construction of scientific research integrity in universities involves many subjects,which needs the col⁃laborative participation of libraries.This paper,starting from the scientific research integrity commissioner system,probes into the necessity and feasibility of setting up the post of scientific research integrity commissioner relying on libraries,and in view of three different periods before,during and after the occurrence of the problem of scientific research integri⁃ty,discusses the ways for libraries to carry out scientific research integrity service;and in order to further promote librar⁃ies to provide research integrity services by relying on the function of scientific research integrity commissioner,puts for⁃ward some measures that should be taken:the first is to set up the scientific research integrity specialist post relying on the library and improve the relevant system,the second is to take the integrity education of scientific research as the foun⁃dation,and emphasize library’s role of consultation and coordination,and the third is to explore and learn initiatively and strengthen the training of scientific research integrity commissioners.
