摘  要:为缓解高架下匝道普遍存在的拥堵排队问题,提出了高架下匝道与地面路口联动控制的改善策略。以上海市G60沪昆高速七莘路下匝道为例,通过增设雷达、视频等检测设备,实时采集下匝道及路口交通流量和排队长度等参数,从信号方案优化角度,提出有利于下匝道快速放行的控制策略。最后利用VISSIM模型,对联动控制方案进行仿真评价。方案实施后,下匝道单位时间最大通过车辆数增加14.7%、控制延误降低17.3%、排队长度降低19.2%,路口的时间资源和空间资源得到了合理有效的利用,下匝道拥堵问题得到明显缓解,为城市高架下匝道处的拥堵治理提供了新的思路。To mitigate the common congestion and queuing issues at elevated off-ramps,tan integrated control strategy linking elevated off-ramps with ground-level intersections is introduced.Taking Shanghai G60 Hukun Expressway Qixin Road off-ramp as an example,through the addition of radar,video and other detection equipment,real-time collection of off-ramp and intersection traffic flow and queuing length and other parameters,from the perspective of signal program optimization to propose a control strategy conducive to the rapid release of the off-ramp.Finally,the VISSIM model is used to simulate and evaluate the linkage control scheme.After the implementation of the scheme,the maximum number of vehicles passing through the off-ramp per unit of time increases by 14.7%,the control delay decreases by 17.3%,and the queue length decreases by 19.2%,and the time and space resources of the intersection are reasonably and effectively utilized,and markedly alleviated congestion at the off-ramp,offering a novel solution for managing urban elevated off-ramp congestion.
