摘 要:沥青混合料动态模量是反映材料黏弹特性的重要表征参数。为研究高性能沥青混合料的黏弹特性,现选取了高黏沥青AC-20、重载沥青AC-20、重载沥青SMA-13、重载沥青SMA-10混合料作为研究对象,借助UTM试验机,开展了不同试验温度和不同加载频率下的动态模量试验,确定了沥青混合料的动态模量主曲线,分析了试验温度和加载频率对沥青混合料动态模量的影响。结果表明,在全温度、全频率范围内,高性能AC类的动态模量大于高性能SMA类,重载沥青SMA-13的动态模量大于重载沥青SMA-10;在低频高温条件下,高黏沥青AC-20的动态模量大于重载沥青AC-20;对比三种不同级配的重载沥青混合料,重载沥青AC-20的动态模量最大,重载沥青SMA-13次之,重载沥青SMA-10最小。The dynamic modulus of asphalt mixtures is an important characterization parameter reflecting the viscoelasticity of materials.In order to study the viscoelasticity of high-performance asphalt mixtures,this paper selected high-viscosity AC-20,heavy-duty AC-20,heavy-duty SMA-13,heavy-duty SMA-10 asphalt mixtures as the research object,with the help of the UTM testing machine,carried out dynamic modulus tests at various temperatures and loading frequencies to determine the main curves of the asphalt mixtures'dynamic modulus,,and analyze the effect of test temperature and loading frequency on the dynamic modulus.The effects of test temperature and loading frequency on the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixtures were analyzed.The results indicate that across all temperature and frequency,the dynamic modulus of high-performance AC class is greater than that of high-performance SMA class,and the dynamic modulus of heavy-duty SMA-13 exceeds that of heavy-duty SMA-10.Under low-frequency and high-temperature conditions,the dynamic modulus of high-viscosity AC-20 exceeds that of heavy-duty AC-20.When comparing the three kinds of heavy-duty asphalt mixtures with different gradations,heavy-duty AC-20 exhibits the highest dynamic modulus,followed by heavy-duty SMA-13,with heavy-duty SMA-10 showing the lowest.
