摘 要:硬质沥青作为一种低标号沥青,成本相对较低。主要对30#、50#硬质沥青的材料特性进行试验分析。通过室内试验,对30#、50#硬质沥青的感温性能、高温性能、低温性能及抗疲劳性能进行评价,并利用黏温曲线,确定硬质沥青适宜的施工温度。室内试验结果表明,30#、50#硬质沥青具有较好的感温性能、优异的高温性能及良好的抗疲劳性能。但硬质沥青的低温性能较差,同时,其适宜的施工温度也相对较高。铺筑的试验路调研结果表明,硬质沥青可显著提高沥青路面的高温抗车辙能力。As a lower grade asphalt,the cost of hard asphalt is relatively low.This paper focuses on the experimental analysis of the material properties of 30#and 50#hard asphalt.The temperature sensitivity,high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance,and fatigue-resistant properties of 30#and 50#hard asphalt were evaluated by conducting laboratory tests.he appropriate construction temperature for hard asphalt was determined using viscosity-temperature curves.Results showed that 30#,50#hard asphalt had better temperature-sensitive properties,high-temperature performance and fatigue performance.However,the low-temperature performance of hard asphalt was relatively poor,and its suitable construction temperature is relatively high.The test results of experimental road indicated that the application of hard asphalt can significantly enhance the high-temperature rutting resistance of asphalt pavement.
