摘  要:针对工业副产石膏用于路面底基层的力学性能分析,通过6%水泥与0.3 L/m^(3)固化组合稳定工业副产石膏,开展无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量及单轴压缩弹性模量的力学性能评价,并与常规底基层类型12%灰土进行对比分析。结果表明:随着养生时间的增加,12%灰土和水泥与固化剂稳定工业副产石膏的抗压强度随着养生时间的增加而逐渐增大,增长速率先快后慢,7 d内强度增长速度最快,不浸水的条件下,两种材料均达到了28 d强度的75%左右,表明两种材料的强度形成主要在前期;随着浸水时间的增加,两种材料的无侧限抗压强度和劈裂强度逐渐减小,浸水48 h条件下的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度损失率大,水泥与固化剂稳定工业副产石膏的抗压强度和劈裂强度受浸水的影响小于12%灰土,其水稳定性更好。12%灰土和水泥与固化剂稳定工业副产石膏的抗压回弹模量分别为391 MPa和1207 MPa,弹性模量分别378 MPa和2247 MPa。水泥与固化剂稳定工业副产石膏的模量优于12%灰土,主要是由于固化剂与水泥的加入,增加了颗粒之间的黏结力,赋予了石膏较强的抵抗竖向变形的能力。In order to analyze the mechanical properties of industrial by-product gypsum used for pavement subbase,this study utilizes a combination of 6%cement and 0.3 L/m^(3) solidification to stabilize industrial by-product gypsum.The mechanical properties,including unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,compressive rebound modulus,and uniaxial compressive elastic modulus,were evaluated and compared with the conventional subbase type with 12%lime soil.The results showed that with the increase of curing time,the compressive strength of 12%lime soil and cement stabilized industrial by-product gypsum gradually increased with the increase of curing time,with the growth rate being fast initially and then slowing down.The strength growth rate was the fastest within the first 7 days,and under non immersion conditions,both materials reached about 75%of the 28 day strength,indicating that the strength formation of both materials was mainly in the early stage.With the increase of immersion time,the unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength of the two materials gradually decrease.The loss rate of unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength after 48 hours of immersion is significant.However,the compressive strength and splitting strength of cement and curing agent stabilized industrial by-product gypsum are less affected by immersion than 12%of lime soil,indicating better water stability.The compressive rebound moduli of 12%lime soil and cement stabilized industrial by-product gypsum with solidifying agent are 391 MPa and 1207 MPa,respectively,and the elastic moduli are 378 MPa and 2247 MPa,respectively.The modulus of cement stabilized industrial by-product gypsum with solidifying agent is better than that of 12%lime soil,mainly because the addition of solidifying agent and cement increases the bonding force between particles,giving gypsum strong resistance to vertical deformation.
