摘　　要：公路工程属于系统性复杂工程,其投资控制面临着许多困难,如施工阶段因准备不足、管理水平低等原因而导致变更设计、索赔等投资损失。通过探讨与分析公路工程投资控制所面临的问题和困难,提出相应的解决措施与建议,并在上海市S7公路(月罗公路—宝钱公路)新建工程主线工程开展投资控制实践,节约投资超2亿元。Highway engineeringis a type of systematic and complex project that faces many difficulties,including investment losses from design changes and claims due to insufficient preparation and low management level during the construction phase.By exploring and analyzing the problems and difficulties faced during the investment control of highway engineering,specific solutions and recommendations were proposed,and investment control practices were implemented on the main line of the new construction project of S7 highway(Yueluo Highway to Baoqian Highway)in Shanghai,resulting in savings more than 200 million yuan.
