摘  要:为解决叉车车身覆盖件冲压成形后回弹大需要修复的问题,采用有限元软件对叉车挡泥板的冲压过程进行了数值模拟;测量多块挡泥板实际冲压结果,数值模拟与实际结果基本相符。分析了导致回弹的各种因素,尤其是模具结构参数的影响,采用正交试验法设计模具结构参数多因子、多水平正交试验表,逐一进行有限元数值模拟,获得了符合挡泥板冲压成形要求的模具结构,挡泥板能一次冲压成形,无需修复。In order to solve the excess springback problem of forklift body covering part after stamping and forming,the numerical simulation of the stamping process of forklift fender was car-ried out by using finite element software.The actual stamping results of several fenders were mea-sured and collected,and the numerical simulation and the actual results were basically in agree-ment.Various factors affecting springback were analyzed,especially the influence of die structure parameters.Orthogonal experimental design method was adopted to design a multi-factor and multi-level orthogonal experimental table of die structure parameters,and finite element numeri-cal simulation experiments were carried out.The die structure that met the requirements for stamping and forming was determined,and the fender parts were once stamped and formed with-out the repair.
