摘  要:针对YZGH4169鼓筒轴难以锻造成形的问题,制定了YZGH4169鼓筒轴锻造成形优化方案,通过优化鼓筒轴锻造工艺、中间坯、锻模设计和有限元软件数值模拟等方法进行工艺试制。结果表明:优化方案确保了鼓筒轴锻造成形,提高了锻造效率和锻件合格率、材料利用率,延长了锻模使用寿命,减少了模锻成形火次,降低了锻造设备的压力和生产成本,锻件形状、尺寸、力学性能、硬度、晶粒度、金属流线、金相组织等均达到了规定的技术要求。In response to the problem of difficulty in forging of YZGH4169 drum shaft,an optimiza-tion plan for YZGH4169 drum shaft forging has been formulated.The process trial production was carried out by optimizing the drum shaft forging process,intermediate billet,forging die design,and finite element software numerical simulation.The results showed that the forging process of the drum shaft was ensured.The pass rate of forging was improved and the material utilization rate and the service life of the forging die and forging efficiency was improved,the forging process and the production cost was reduced.The shape,size,mechanical properties,hardness,and flaw detec-tion of the forgings all met the specified technical requirements.
