摘  要:为了提高钢厂含铁固废的回收利用率及降低CO_(2)排放,本文研究了含铁尘泥、高炉返矿和钢渣粉等物料通过冷固结方式制备成高炉用球团矿技术。试验结果表明:30%高炉返矿+10%含铁尘泥+60%钢渣粉,配加5%黏结剂A时,常温干燥冷固结球团(成形压力为5 MP)矿4 d后抗压强度可达到2500 N/P以上;80℃干燥180 min冷固球团矿抗压强度可达到2300 N/P;且两种干燥球团的低温还原粉化指数、转鼓指数、还原膨胀率和还原度指标也可以达到铁矿球团物理特性和冶金性能技术指标要求。In order to improve the recycling rate of iron-containing solid waste and reduce CO_(2)emissions in steel mills,the technology of preparing blast furnace pellets from such materials as iron-containing dust sludge,BF return fines and steel slag powder by cold consolidation manner is studied.The results show that,when 30%BF return fines+10%iron-bearing dust sludge+60%steel slag powder and 5%adhesive A are added,the compressive strength of dry and cold-consolidated pellets(forming pressure of 5 MP)can reach more than 2500 N/P after drying at room temperature for 4 days;the compressive strength of cold-solidified pellets can reach 2300 N/P after drying at 80℃for 180 min,and the low-temperature reduction pulverization index,drum index,reduction expansion rate and compression set indexes of the two dried pellets can also meet the physical properties and metallurgical performance technical indexes of iron ore pellets.
