摘　　要：针对不锈钢酸洗污泥存在难以大宗量、资源化处理等问题,本文提出了采用氧化球团工序处理不锈钢酸洗污泥的技术思路,系统研究了添加不锈钢酸洗污泥对氧化球团生球质量、预热焙烧球团质量和化学成分的影响。结果表明:添加少量不锈钢酸洗污泥可以显著改善生球落下强度和抗压强度,提高预热球团和焙烧球团的抗压强度;加入酸洗污泥后,污泥中的CaF_(2)会降低球团内部多元系熔点,强化Fe_(2)O_(3)再结晶。确定最佳工艺参数:配加4%酸洗污泥,预热温度为1050℃,预热时间为15 min,焙烧温度为1250℃,预热时间为15 min。For stainless steel pickling sludge,there are problems such as difficulty in bulk and resource treatment.A technical idea of using oxidized pellet process to treat stainless steel pickling sludge is proposed,and the effects of adding stainless steel pickling sludge on the mass of oxidized pellet green pellets,preheating and roasting pellet quality and chemical composition are systematically studied.The results show that adding a small amount of stainless steel pickling sludge can significantly improve the falling strength and compressive strength of green pellets,and improve the compressive strength of preheated pellets and roasted pellets.After the addition of pickling sludge,the CaF_(2)in the sludge will reduce the melting point of multiple systems in the pellet and strengthen the recrystallization of Fe_(2)O_(3).The optimal process parameters are determined to be the addition of 4%pickling sludge,the preheating temperature is 1050℃,the warm-up time is 15 min,the roasting temperature is 1250℃,the warm-up time is 15 min.
