摘 要:为解决烧结烟气脱硫灰中主要成分亚硫酸钙不稳定等问题,本文利用沸腾炉对脱硫灰的催化分解效应进行了研究,其中,催化剂为硫化亚铁和硫酸亚铁配成的复合催化剂。通过对脱硫灰的催化分解过程进行热重分析,同时探讨复合催化剂配比、保温时间、反应温度、气体流量等因素对沸腾炉中脱硫灰的脱硫率及焙烧产物的影响。热重结果表明,添加复合催化剂后脱硫灰分解温度降低了100℃左右。沸腾炉试验表明,当反应温度为900℃,气体流量为3000 mL/min,复合催化剂配比为2.5∶1,保温时间为30 min时,脱硫率可达91.41%。脱硫灰催化分解生成的SO_(2)可为后续制造硫酸提供原料,焙烧产物可以作为烧结厂的原料,有效地解决了脱硫灰对环境的污染。In order to solve the problem of unstable calcium sulfite,the main component of sintering exhaust gas desulfurization ash,the catalytic decomposition effect of desulfurization ash is studied by using a boiling furnace,in which the catalyst is a composite catalyst composed of ferrous sulfide and ferrous sulfate.The effects of composite catalyst ratio,holding time,reaction temperature,gas flow rate and other factors on the desulfurization rate and roasting products of desulfurization ash in the boiling furnace are discussed through the thermogravimetric analysis of the catalytic decomposition process of desulfurization ash.The thermogravimetric results show that the decomposition temperature of desulfurization ash is reduced by about 100℃after the addition of composite catalysts.The boiling furnace test shows that when the reaction temperature is 900℃,the gas flow rate is 3000 mL/min,the composite catalyst ratio is 2.5∶1,and the holding time is 30 min,the desulfurization rate can reach 91.41%.The SO_(2)generated by the catalytic decomposition of desulfurization ash can provide raw materials for the subsequent manufacture of sulfuric acid,and the roasting product can be used as raw materials for sintering plants,effectively solving the environmental pollution of desulfurization ash.
