摘 要:当前快速增长的能源需求要求电力设备具有更高运行电压、更大容量、更小体积,因此要求聚丙烯等介质材料实现电学、机械和热学等多种性能的协同提升的同时,兼顾加工性、环保性、经济性等优势。针对聚丙烯单一性能提升方面的研究取得了显著成效,而多性能协同提升成为了近年来的研究重点和难点,其中将共混改性和纳米复合改性两种方法结合,构筑三元复合聚丙烯的性能调控思路具有突出优势。文中基于电缆绝缘和电容器薄膜两个典型的聚丙烯应用场景,对“聚丙烯/有机物/纳米粒子”三元复合聚丙烯的研究进展进行了总结梳理,进一步阐明了三元复合聚丙烯绝缘性能与机械性能协同提升的机理,建立了三元复合聚丙烯储能密度与介电损耗平衡调控的演化模型,最后对三元复合聚丙烯未来的发展提出了展望。The accelerated development of energy market requires higher voltage level,larger capacity as well as smaller size of power equipment,in consequence,the PP-based material is required to possess the enhanced electrical,mechanical and thermal properties,and to maintain the processibility,environmental friendless,economic efficiency and so on.Extensive works have been carried out and excellent results have been achieved on the improvement of a certain property of PP;however,how to simultaneously enhance multiple properties is still the challenge in recent years.Among the researches,the ternary PP composite that both introduces the polymer blends and nanocomposite presents promising results.In this paper,recent research achievements in“PP/Polymer/nano particles”ternary PP composites were summarized.Based on the results,the mechanism of collaborative improvements of insulating and mechanical properties was revealed,and the model of balanced tailoring of energy storage density and dielectric loss was established.Finally,the prospects of future studies on ternary PP composites were proposed.
