摘 要:聚合物绝缘材料广泛应用于电气工程领域,其在电场当中的极化以及载流子输运行为是影响绝缘性能的重要因素。测量聚合物材料的极化行为和载流子陷阱参数对研究绝缘材料电学性能具有十分重要的意义。文中设计了一套以压力作为变量,在高压力条件下测量聚合物压激电流谱(piezo-stimulated current,PSC)的测试系统,以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)材料为被测对象进行了压激电流谱试验,得到了具有很好可重复性的结果。在构建的物理模型下,结合参数拟合的方法,计算得到了PMMA在高压力下极化过程的分子活化体积为0.89×10^(-28)~1.36×10^(-28)m^(3),分子活化能为0.17 eV左右,验证了压激电流测试方法的有效性。Polymer insulating materials are widely used in the field of electrical engineering,and their polarization and carrier transport behavior in the electric field are important factors affecting the insulating properties.Measuring the polarization behavior and carrier trap parameters of polymer materials is of great significance to studying the electrical properties of insulating materials.In this paper,we designed a test system to measure the polymer piezostimulated current(PSC)spectrum under high-pressure conditions with pressure as a variable,conducted the PSC test with polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)material as a test object,and obtained results with good reproducibility.Under the constructed physical model,combined with the parameter fitting method,the molecular activation volume of PMMA during polarization at high pressure was calculated to be 0.89×10^(−28)~1.36×10^(−28) m^(3),and the molecular activation energy was about 0.17 eV,which verified the validity of the piezo-excited current test method.
