摘 要:以某危险废物集中处置中心电解槽大修渣处置过程产生的高浓度含氟废水(100~400 mg/L)为研究对象,分别对比高效除氟剂、氯化钙等药剂对含氟废水的处理效果,探索最有效的处理方法并总结其主要影响因素。结果表明,使用高效除氟剂可使含氟废水浓度由400 mg/L降至1 mg/L以下,确保废水达到排放标准要求,在含氟废水处理中具有较高的去除效果和经济性,揭示含氟废水处理中的新视角并提出进一步的研究方向。The high-concentration fluorine-containing wastewater(100~400 mg/L)produced during the treatment of electrolytic cell overhaul slag in a hazardous waste centralized disposal center was taken as the research object,and the treatment effects of high-efficiency fluoride remover and calcium chloride on fluorine-containing wastewater were compared respectively,and the most effective treatment methods were found and the main influencing factors were summarized.The results show that the concentration of fluorine-containing wastewater can be reduced from 400 mg/L to less than 1 mg/L by using a high-efficiency fluorine-removing agent,which ensures that the wastewater meets the discharge standard and has high removal effect and economy in fluorine-containing wastewater treatment.This paper reveals a new perspective in fluorine-containing wastewater treatment and puts forward further research directions.
