摘  要:将丙烯酸十八酯(OA)与支化聚乙烯亚胺(B-PEI)进行迈克尔(Michael)加成反应合成了PEI-OA两亲性接枝共聚物,将其作为大分子乳化剂引入浓乳液体系,利用乳液模板制得了氨基负载的聚苯乙烯多孔材料,实现了一步法制备氨基负载固体CO_(2)吸附材料。研究了大分子乳化剂的结构、乳化剂用量,以及浓乳液的分散相体积分数对吸附材料的微观形貌及CO_(2)吸附量的影响,结果表明,所制备的PEI-OA乳化剂更倾向于形成O/W型乳液,形成了颗粒紧密堆积型的多孔结构,并且多孔通道会随着乳化剂与分散相体积分数的改变而变化。采用气体吸附分析仪测定了氨基负载多孔聚合物材料的CO_(2)吸附量,结果表明,PEI含量、乳化剂用量和分散相体积分数的适度增加均能提高产物对CO_(2)的吸附量,吸附量最高可达到2.65mmol/g。样品的循环性能测试显示,材料循环使用5次后吸附能力仅下降了0.15%,表明所制备的氨基负载二氧化碳吸附材料具有良好的工业应用前景。An amphiphilic PEI-g-OA copolymer(PEI-OA)was synthesized by Michael addition reaction between branched-polyethyleneimine(B-PEI)and octadecyl acrylate(OA),and then introduced into the concentrated emulsion as macromolecular emulsifier.A amine-loaded polystyrene(PS)porous polymer,which could be used as solid CO_(2) adsorption material,was prepared one-step via emulsion templating method.The effects of the macromolecular emulsifier,addition of emulsifier,and volume fraction of dispersed phase of concentrated emulsion on the micro morphology and then CO_(2) adsorption capacity of the porous polymers were studied.The result shows that the synthetic PEI-OA emulsifier tends to form O/W emulsion,and a porous structure constructed by dense particles was obtained.The porous channels could be controlled by the addition of emulsifier and dispersed phase volume fraction of concentrated emulsion.The CO_(2) adsorption capacities of amine-loaded porous polymers were measured by gas adsorption analyzer.The results indicate that the increase of PEI content,emulsifier addition,and dispersed phase volume fraction would improve the CO_(2) adsorption capacity,and the maximum adsorption capacity of 2.65 mmol/g is achieved.Moreover,the cyclic test result shows that the adsorption capacity is decreased by only 0.15%after 5 cycles.It is concluded that the porous polymer as-prepared amine-loaded CO_(2) adsorption material has a good industrial application prospect.
