摘  要:针对夹层玻璃拉膜工序对低湿度环境参数的要求,通过对冷却除湿和吸附式转轮除湿方法的原理及特性分析,确定了冷却-吸附转轮联合减湿的设计方案。针对所选用除湿方案,制定空调减湿工艺的新风及一、二次回风空气处理过程。同时结合实例计算,介绍了转轮除湿机的选型并根据前、后表冷器负担冷负荷的计算,确定制冷机总制冷量。对室内温度、相对湿度及相对正压的控制提出要求,并对本设计的思路及设计中应注意的问题进行了总结。The design scheme of dehumidification by combining cooling and adsorbing rotor is proposed on the basis of analyzing the principle and characteristics of the dehumidifying method aiming at the requirement of low humidity environment parameters used for the film drawing process of laminated glass production.According to the selected dehumidification scheme,the treatment processes of moisture-reducing of fresh air and the first and second return air for the air conditioner are formulated.At the same time,the selection of rotor dehumidifier is introduced based on calculation cases.According to the calculation of the cooling load of the front and rear cooler,the total cooling capacity of the refrigerator is determined.The requirement on control of indoor temperature,relative humidity and relative positive pressure is discussed.The design ideas and the problems that should be paid attention to in the design are summarized.
