摘　　要：通过对熔窑蓄热室保温拆除、修复前后的工况进行对比分析,找出影响超白浮法玻璃生产质量的原因,并提出相应的解决措施,从而为超白浮法玻璃生产在更换保温过程中温度和工艺制度的稳定控制提供借鉴。Through the comparative analysis of the working conditions before and after the demolition and repair of the regenerator of the melting kiln,find the reasons of affecting the production quality of ultra-clear float glass,and put forward corresponding solutions,so as to provide reference for the stability control of ultra-clear float glass production in the process of replacing thermal insulation.
