摘　　要：近年来,我国建筑采光体发展迅速,用有机玻璃亚克力挤出板制成的采光体,具有整体结构强度高、自重轻、透光率高、安全性能高等特殊优点,高端亚克力模具玻璃的应用随之越来越广泛。通过分析此类模具玻璃产品的生产方法、产品的质量要求,探究其生产难点并提出解决办法,使高端亚克力模具玻璃可以做到持续高效生产。In recent years,the daylighting body of building has developed rapidly in China.The lighting body made of Plexiglass acrylic extrusion plate has the special advantages of high overall structural strength,light weight,high light transmittance and high safety performance.The application of high-end acrylic mold glass is becoming more and more extensive.The production process and quality requirement of this kind of mold glass were analyzed.The production difficulties of this glass were pointed out and the corresponding solutions were proposed,which can achieve continuous and efficient production of the high-end acrylic mold glass.
