摘 要:【目的】燃煤锅炉深度调峰对以新能源为主的未来电力系统的稳定性至关重要,而目前1 000 MW等级超超临界燃煤锅炉深度调峰性能与工程应用较为缺乏。为提高1000MW等级燃煤锅炉深度调峰能力,选择某电厂1 000 MW燃煤机组开展宽负荷高效研究。【方法】在机组深度调峰负荷为340 MW下,进行了低负荷稳燃实验、脱硝侧入口烟气测试,对锅炉主要运行参数、炉膛温度分布、锅炉侧燃烧调整试验进行了分析,并在此基础上开展了燃烧优化调整实验。【结果】1 000 MW等级机组具备34%额定功率的深度调峰能力;选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)脱硝入口烟温基本在320~350℃,满足高于300℃的烟温要求;锅炉优化调整后,修正后的锅炉热效率为94.09%(提高0.94%),供电煤耗降低3.27 g/(kW·h);SCR脱硝入口NOx质量浓度基本在180~260 mg/m^(3)(降低约30 mg/m^(3)),满足低于300 mg/m^(3)的要求。【结论】研究成果有助于提高1 000 MW等级燃煤火电机组低负荷运行的安全性、经济性、环保性。[Objectives]Deep peak regulation of coalfired boilers is crucial to the stability of the future power system dominated by new energy,but there is a lack of performance and engineering applications on deep peak regulation of 1000 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired boilers.In order to improve the deep peak regulation capacity of 1000 MW coal-fired boilers,a 1000 MW coal-fired unit of a power plant is selected to carry out a wide-load highefficiency research.[Methods]Focusing on the unit load depth peak regulation load of 340 MW,the low-load stable combustion experiment and the denitrification side inlet flue gas test were carried out.In addition,the main operating parameters of the boiler,the temperature distribution of the furnace and the combustion adjustment test on the boiler side were analyzed.The combustion optimization adjustment experiment was carried out on this basis.[Results]1000 MW unit has a deep peak regulation capacity of 34%rated power.The flue gas temperatures of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitrification inlet are basically 320-350℃,which meet the flue gas temperature requirements higher than 300℃.After the optimization and adjustment of the boiler,the modified thermal efficiency of the boiler is 94.09%(increased by 0.94%),and the coal consumption for power supply is reduced by 3.27 g/(kW⋅h).The NOx at the inlet of SCR denitrification is basically 180-260 mg/m^(3)(decreased by about 30 mg/m^(3)),and meet the requirements of less than 300 mg/m^(3).[Conclusions]The research results are helpful to improve the safety,economy and environmental properties of low-load operation of 1000 MW coal-fired thermal power units.
