多维视角下区域同城化发展路径探索——以宁镇扬地区为例

摘　　要：随着双循环新发展格局的深入推进,地方政府亟须打破行政边界约束,推动城市跨界合作。同城化发展模式是推动我国城镇化高质量发展,实现区域一体化发展目标的重要方式。然而,由于多数地区对传统发展模式的路径依赖及自身治理机制不完善,导致我国发展成熟的同城化地区较少,大多数仍停留在意向阶段。文章在明晰同城化相关概念的基础上,以江苏省宁镇扬地区同城化发展为例,对同城化发展的相关理论进行系统梳理,并从经济、社会、生态和空间治理多维视角对宁镇扬地区同城化发展现状进行分析,提出针对性的同城化发展路径,以期为新时代我国同城化发展提供理论依据和实践借鉴。With the deepening of the double-cycle new development pattern,local governments need to break the administrative boundary constraints and to promote cross-border cooperation between cities.Urban integration is an important way to promote high-quality development of urbanization and to realize regional integration development goal.However,due to the dependence of most regions on the traditional development mode and their own imperfect governance mechanism,there are less mature integrated urban areas in our country,and most of them still stay in the stage of intention.On the basis of clarifying relevant concepts of urban integration,this paper takes the development of Nanjing-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou area in Jiangsu Province as an example,systematically combs relevant theories of urban integration development, analyzes the current development status of Nanjing-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou area from the perspectives of economy, society, ecology and spatial governance, and then proposes targeted urban integration development paths. It is expected to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for integrated urban development in our country in the new era.
