摘 要:随着办公建筑的快速发展,双层玻璃幕墙(double skin facade,DSF)这种新型的围护结构得到了广泛的应用,但其防火与通风性能的问题也日益凸显。因此,本研究使用Fluent和Pyrosim软件对双层玻璃幕墙进行实验分析,探究防火挑檐对烟气和通风二者的影响。结果表明,对于竖向空腔高度为三层的多楼层双层玻璃幕墙建筑而言,在防火方面挑檐宽度越宽其防火效果越好,而在通风方面挑檐宽度越小其通风率越高。因此,空腔宽度为2 m的双层玻璃幕墙办公建筑,当挑檐宽度为1.5 m时,其防火性能最优;当挑檐宽度为1 m时,同时兼顾防火与通风性能;当不设置挑檐,采用防火封堵装置时,其通风性能最优。With the rapid development of office buildings,double skin facade(DSF),a new type of envelope structure,has been widely used,but the problems of its fire prevention and ventilation performance have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,in this paper,Fluent and Pyrosim software are used to carry out experimental analysis on double skin facade to explore the influence of apron on smoke and ventilation.The results show that for a multi-storey double skin facade building with a vertical cavity height of three floors,the wider the apron width,the better the fire prevention effect,while the smaller the apron width,the better the ventilation rate.Therefore,for the double skin facade office building with a cavity width of 2m,when the apron width is 1.5m,its fire protection performance is the best,and when the apron width is 1m,both fire prevention and ventilation performance should be taken into account.The ventilation performance is the best when the apron are not set and the fireproof plugging device is adopted.
