场景理论视域下单位大院邻里公共空间场景化更新设计研究——以许昌市许通家苑为例

摘　　要：单位大院作为我国特定历史时期的物质见证,蕴含一定的历史价值与特色文化内涵,然而其独特性在城市发展过程中逐渐式微。目前,在“后单位制”这一相对历史时期,单位大院的更新实践研究随着当前我国存量更新城市建设发展模式的深化逐步转入高质量发展阶段。本研究基于场景理论及其研究体系,总结单位大院在社区建设、社区邻里生活和城市发展三个方面的价值意义,从物质结构与主观认识两大层面解析单位大院邻里公共空间要素,构建研究框架;以许昌市许通家苑为例,基于研究框架分析单位大院空间现状问题,根据场景价值意义维度提出单位大院邻里公共空间场景化更新设计策略,以期为“高质量发展”要求下的单位大院更新设计提供参考。As a material witness of China’s specific historical period,the unit yard contains certain historical value and special cultural connotations,but its uniqueness is gradually declining in the process of urban development.In the current relative historical period of“post-unit system”,the research on the renewal practice of unit yard has gradually shifted to the stage of high-quality development along with the deepening of China’s current urban construction and development mode of stock renewal.Based on the scene theory and its research system,this paper summarizes the value significance of the unit yard in three aspects:community construction,community neighborhood life and urban development,and analyses the elements of the neighborhood public space of the unit yard from the two major dimensions of the material structure and subjective understanding,and constructs a research framework.Taking Xuchang Xutong Factory Unit Yard as an example,it analyses the spatial status quo of the unit yard based on the research framework,and puts forward the scenario-based renewal design strategies for the neighborhood public space of the unit yard according to the dimension of scene value and significance.It aims to provide a reference for the renewal design of unit yard under the requirements of“high-quality”development.
