基于公共心理健康需求的疗愈景观研究——以长沙市梅溪湖森林之光康养区为例

摘　　要：相关研究表明,康养景观对人舒缓压力、减轻焦虑、振奋精神起着积极作用。城市疗愈景观是以公众心理和生理需求为切入口的重要公共空间。本研究以长沙市梅溪湖森林之光疗愈景观为研究对象,具体结合景观类型、景观空间、景观布局、植物配置等四个方面景观环境因子,对人群心理指标进行评估,并对实验数据进行相关性研究。基于评估结果,对如何通过城市疗愈景观设计与规划满足公众公共心理健康需求进行探索。The relevant studies have shown that healthy landscape plays a positive role in relieving stress,reducing anxiety and uplifting spirit.Urban healing landscape is an important public space with psychological and physiological needs of the public as its entrance.Taking the Forest Light Health Care Area of Meixi Lake in Changsha City as the research object,this paper evaluated the psychological indicators of the population by combining landscape type,landscape space,landscape layout and plant configuration,and conducted correlation research on the experimental data.Based on the evaluation results,the paper explores how to meet the public mental health needs through urban healing landscape design and planning.
