村社干部社会情感能力对情绪劳动的影响——基本心理需要的中介作用

摘　　要：村社干部是指在村、社区进行管理,为村民、居民提供服务的工作人员,是国家政策的一线执行者,是公共服务的直接提供者,其情绪劳动影响服务对象的感受和满意度。对浙江省嘉兴市秀洲区220名村社干部进行问卷调查,结果发现:村社干部的社会情感能力对基本心理需要具有显著正向影响;村社干部的社会情感能力对深层扮演具有显著正向影响,对表层扮演不具有显著影响;村社干部的基本心理需要对表层扮演具有显著负向影响,对深层扮演不具有显著影响;村社干部的基本心理需要在社会情感能力和情绪劳动的表层扮演之间具有中介作用。因此,村社干部社会情感能力的提高,一方面使村社干部倾向于采取深层扮演策略,另一方面能够通过基本心理需要的满足使村社干部减少表层扮演策略的使用。Village and community cadres refer to staffwho manage and provide services to villagers and residents in the village and community,and are frontline implementers of policies and direct providers of public services.Their emotional labor influences the feelings and satisfaction of service recipients.A questionnaire survey was conducted on village and community cadres in Xiuzhou District,Jiaxing City.The results show that the social emotional ability of village and community cadres have a significant positive influence on basic psychological needs;the social emotional ability of village and community cadres has a significant positive influence on deep acting,but has no significant influence on surface acting;the basic psychological needs of village and community cadres have a significant negative influence on surface acting,but do not have a significant influence on deep acting;the basic psychological needs of village and community cadres play a mediating role between social emotional ability and surface acting of emotional labor.Therefore,the improvement of the social emotional ability of village and community cadres,on the one hand,can make them tend to adopt deep acting strategies,and on the other hand,make them reduce the use of surface acting strategies by meeting basic psychological needs.
