萱草属植物育种研究进展

摘　　要：萱草属植物因其种质资源丰富、分布广、适应性强,在家庭园艺、园林绿化中被广泛利用,是一种十分重要的观赏花卉。对萱草属植物国内外育种概况进行了综述,重点介绍了杂交育种、倍性育种和分子育种这3种当前萱草育种主要的研究技术和方法,并对萱草属植物育种进行了展望,指出未来对萱草主要育种目标集中在抗病、抗虫、花期、花型、花色和花香等6个方面。As an indispensable ornamental flower,Hemerocallis L.is widely used in home gardening and landscaping due to its rich germplasm resources,wide distribution and strong adaptability.This article reviewed the breeding status of Hemerocallis at home and abroad,with a focus on the three main research techniques and methods of Hemerocallis breeding,including hybrid breeding,ploidy breeding and molecular breeding.Then,the development of Hemerocallis plant breeding was prospected.The main breeding goals of Hemerocallis in the future focus on six aspects:disease resistance,insect resistance,flowering period,flower type,flower color and flower fragrance.
