摘　　要：文章对5G网络VoNR语音质量的提升进行了研究,分析了自5G网络商用以来,现网VoNR语音质量差没有规整且清晰准确的解决方法,问题根因定位困难,工作效率低下,VoNR语音质量提升效果不明显,导致客户感知下降,影响客户满意度的现状,文章结合西安移动网络实际情况,进行了VoNR语音质量差根因的调查,对根因进行分析,制定提升策略,按照策略实施后,能高效解决VoNR语音质差问题,改善网络质量,提升客户感知,对VoNR语音质量提升具有较好的指导及推广作用。This paper studies the improvement of VoNR speech quality in 5G networks,and analyzes that since the commercial use of 5G networks,there has been no clear and accurate solution to the poor speech quality of VoNR in the current network.The root cause of the problem is difficult to locate,the work efficiency is low,and the improvement effect of VoNR speech quality is not significant,leading to a decrease in customer perception and affecting customer satisfaction.The paper combines the actual situation of Xi'an Mobile Network,conducts a survey on the root causes of poor speech quality in VoNR,analyzes the root causes,and develops improvement strategies.After implementing the strategies,we can efficiently solve the problem of poor speech quality in VoNR,improve network quality,enhance customer perception,and provide good guidance and promotion for improving speech quality in VoNR.
