摘  要:通过分散-浸渍-烧结工艺制备MoS_(2)负载型陶粒催化剂.采用XRD、SEM、EDS对催化剂的物相结构、微观形貌、元素分布进行表征分析.结果表明,MoS_(2)均匀负载到铁泥基陶粒催化剂表面,催化剂粗糙的表面结构将会在反应中暴露更多的活性位点.以CODCr去除率为评判指标,探究pH、m(CODCr)∶m(H_(2)O_(2))、催化剂用量、反应时间对MoS_(2)负载型陶粒催化剂非均相Fenton处理造纸废水的影响.结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:pH为2.5、催化剂投加量30 g/L、m(CODCr)∶m(H_(2)O_(2))=1∶1.5、反应时间120 min,造纸废水CODCr去除率为72.52%.并通过自由基猝灭实验得出在非均相Fenton氧化体系中,降解有机污染物的活性物质主要是·OH、^(1)O_(2)、·O_(2)^(-).MoS_(2)-supported ceramic filler catalyst is prepared by dispersion-impregnation-sintering process.The phase structure,microstructure and element distribution of the catalyst are characterized and analyzed by XRD,SEM and EDS.The results showed that MoS_(2) is uniformly loaded on the surface of iron mud-based ceramic filler,and the rough surface structure of the catalyst would expose more active sites in the reaction.With COD Cr removal rate as the evaluation index,the effects of pH,m(COD_(Cr))∶m(H_(2)O_(2)),catalyst dosage and reaction time on heterogeneous Fenton treatment of papermaking wastewater by MoS_(2) supported ceramsite filler catalyst are investigated.The results showed that under the optimal conditions of pH 2.5,catalyst dosage 30 g/L,m(COD Cr)∶m(H_(2)O_(2))=1∶1.5,reaction time 120 min,the COD_(Cr) removal rate of papermaking wastewater was 72.52%.The free radical quenching experiment showed that in the heterogeneous Fenton oxidation system,The active substances that degrade organic pollutants are mainly·OH,^(1)O _(2),·O_(2)^(-).
