摘　　要：目的探讨构建的围手术期恶性高热护理培训方案在麻醉科护士培训中的应用效果。方法2023年10—11月对河南省郑州大学第一附属医院的72名麻醉科护士分为两组开展培训。试验组(36名)采用构建的围手术期恶性高热护理培训方案进行培训,培训大纲围绕七大模块展开;对照组(36名)采用常规的多媒体理论授课和视频演示的方法进行培训。比较两组学员的围手术期恶性高热护理能力评分、理论考核成绩,以及对培训效果的评价情况。结果试验组的围手术期恶性高热护理能力评分、理论考核成绩、培训和满意度效果评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究所构建的围手术期恶性高热护理培训方案有助于提高麻醉科护士恶性高热护理能力,改善培训效果和培训质量。Objective To explore the application effect of a nursing training program for malignant hyperthermia in perioperative patients.Methods From October to November 2023,a total of 72 anesthesia nurses at The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University of Henan Province were divided into two groups for training.The experimental group(36 subjects)used the training program for malignant hyperthermia in perioperative patients,and the training outline was developed around seven modules;the control group(36 subjects)adopted the conventional multimedia theory lecture and video demo teaching mode.The nursing ability scores of perioperative malignant hyperthermia,theoretical assessment scores,and evaluation of training effect were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing ability of perioperative malignant hyperthermia,the scores of theoretical assessment,and the scores of training effect evaluation in the experimental group were all significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing training program for malignant hyperthermia in perioperative patients helps to improve nursing ability of anesthesia nurses and enhance the training effect and training quality.
