摘 要:废水中有机染料和重金属离子由于会对生态环境和人类健康造成重大威胁而受到广泛关注。通过β-环糊精(β-CD)和4-氨基-2,3,5,6-四氟吡啶(ATFP)之间简单的亲核取代反应制备了一种聚合物吸附剂PCD-ATFP,可同时用于染料和重金属的吸附。利用红外、扫描电子显微镜、CO_(2)吸附-解吸和ζ-电位测试等手段表征了PCD-ATFP的结构特点。PCD-ATFP对染料罗丹明B(RB)和重金属镉(Cd(Ⅱ))的吸附分别只需45 min和60 min就能达到吸附平衡,最大吸附量分别为173.2mg·g^(-1)和64.2mg·g^(-1),吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型。在RB-Cd(Ⅱ)混合溶液中,PCD-ATFP表现出理想的同时吸附效果,未出现染料和重金属相互抑制吸附情况。实验还通过X射线光电子能谱证实了吸附机理。[Objective]Rapid economic and industrial development has produced a large amount of industrial wastewater,and organic dyes and heavy metal ions seriously threaten the environment and human health.Adsorption is a widely used method for treating dyes and heavy metals in water,but the currently used adsorbents commonly have problems,such as a single function and limited adsorption capacity.In addition,dyes and heavy metals generally coexist in wastewater,and both vie for the same adsorption sites and inhibit adsorption effects.The presently reported adsorbents for wastewater purification usually have limited adsorption capacity toward a single type of pollutant.Few can simultaneously remove multiple types of pollutants from contaminated water with high efficiency.[Methods]Therefore,in this paper,an easily made,efficient adsorbent for simultaneously removing dyes and heavy metals is prepared by the simple one-pot nucleophilic substitution ofβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD)and 4-amino-2,3,5,6-tetrafluoropyridine(ATFP).β-CD is a cyclic oligosaccharide created by the biotransformation of starch under the action of cyclodextrin transferase.β-CD comprises seven D-glucopyranoses linked byα-(1,4)glycosidic bonds,and its hydrophobic cavity can bind many hydrophobic organics through host–guest interactions,while the numerous hydroxyl groups in its cross-section can be used to bind metal ions through functional group modification,providing diverse adsorption sites for dyes and heavy metals to prevent competitive adsorption.Porous adsorbents derived by cross-linkingβ-CD with rigid aromatic ring-containing molecules such as tetrafluoroterephthalonitrile and decafluorobiphenyl have the advantages of a high specific surface area,easy synthesis,and fast adsorption rate and have been broadly utilized for the rapid removal of a wide range of organic micropollutants from water.[Results]The generated crosslinked polymer PCD-ATFP possesses a superior porous network structure,which is confirmed by CO_(2) adsorption–desorption and scanning
