摘　　要：刘献君立足实践,积极探索契合中国高校实际的战略管理理论。他始终坚持实践基础、问题导向和系统思维,提出了“没有规划,战略管理无从谈起”,“战略实施是战略管理的主体”,“共性生存特性发展”,“大学校长要成为战略家”,“院校研究服务战略决策”等观点,形成了战略规划起点论、战略实施主体论、战略管理系统论、战略领导决策论等战略管理思想。其理论与实践成果为高校战略管理和大学发展提供了重要的理论指导与实践经验。Based on practice,Liu Xianjun has explored the strategic management theory fitting the reality of Chinese colleges and universities.Insisting on practical fundamental,problem-orientation and systematic thinking constantly,he puts forward viewpoints,such as strategic management is impossible without planning,strategic implementation is the main body of strategic management,common survival,characteristic development,university presidents should become strategists,institutional research services strategic decision-making,forming strategic management thoughts such as the starting point theory of strategic planning,the subject theory of strategic implementation,the system theory of strategic management,and the decision theory of strategic leadership.His theoretical and practical achievements have provided theoretical guidance and practical experience for university strategic management and university development.
